What is Liddell Consulting Office Hours?

April of 2020, when the uncertainty about the Quarantine and Covid-19 dug its heels in, our team started to hear from many in our network. Questions started to roll in from senior management around productivity in the remote environment, company culture shifts, employee engagement, burnout, and career growth in the new normal, among others. We decided to bring all of you together to talk through these concerns as a leadership community. Our team committed to laying out ideas and takeaways and our community contributed scenarios and questions, and our discussions were thought provoking and useful.
