You’ll learn the importance of investing time in coaching and development to retain your best employees; and you’ll understand how to create an environment of trust and collaboration that allows employees to be engaged and optimizes business performance.

Hosted by UNH – Professional Training & Development, this workshop provides supervisors and managers with important skills to create greater employee and team alignment for the achievement of the organization’s objectives, goals, and success. David Liddell is the instructor.
