Rising Women in Leadership: Uncovering Your Guiding Leadership Principles
As we rise the ranks in our organizations, we often adopt the traits of our previous managers & mentors. We take the good qualities and best practices. We leave the bad traits behind. However, we rarely take the time to cultivate our own, unique set of leadership principles. When we identify & cultivate these principles, so many workplace responsibilities become easier: decision making, hiring, providing feedback, etc. Oh, and confidence skyrockets too!
In this event we will…
-uncover the fundamentals of your guiding values/principles
-learn what decision making based on your principles means
-workshop through current career successes & challenges
-discuss the importance of the 5 roles of leadership
