We work with individual leaders to identify and prioritize top leadership issues, and determine the best plan of action. Each executive coaching relationship is customized. Together we develop an Individual Development Plan (IDP) to establish measurable and meaningful goals.
Each leader involved controls what they want to improve. The goals set are personalized because coaching is only about the individual. Our coaching process is pragmatic, meaningful, and results-based.

The Individualized Process
- Initiate the “manager” conversation to introduce how executive coaching will benefit the person being coached.
- Conduct a Everything DiSC 363® for Leaders leadership competency feedback survey and personality profile, if needed.
- Hold interviews with selected people who work with the person being coached to gain additional insight and data points.
- Begin the coaching process. Coaching sessions will occur weekly for the first 4 to 6 weeks then will move to every 2 weeks based on a schedule set to provide the most benefit. Typical engagements last 3 to 6 months.
- Work with the person being coached to identify challenging work assignments or responsibilities to integrate practical behavioral changed over time.
- Measure the results and reinforce what has been learned through repetition. At the same time, build support into work relationships.
