If there has ever been a time for your leaders to perform, it is now! In uncertain times your employees need your perspective, guidance, and advice. You should schedule weekly communication calls for all employees to keep them connected, ensure department and team leaders are increasing their one-on-one dialogue with their team members, and provide flexibility by focusing on business results versus employee hours. This flexibility should be grounded in the beliefs that people will hold themselves accountable, will manage their time effectively, and will get the job done.
