Productivity – Closely Monitor Success Measures

If you can’t or don’t measure the outcome of a work effort, how will you know if it was effective and productive? The answer – you won’t know. Even in the best of times it is imperative to have clear measures of success for every employee, team, and department to serve as an early indicator for the overall success of the business at the end of the year. Work with your employees, and teams, to define what success will look like over this difficult period, track progress closely, and challenge people to be their best.
