This is not the time to hunker down with your sales efforts, but your approach will need to change for the time being. The is the time to demonstrate your value and show your customers that you are a true partner of their business. Put yourself in their shoes, anticipate their issues and concerns, and offer your support without any expectation of something in return. Don’t ask what you can do for them, be creative and suggest how you want to help during this unprecedented time.
